A charge of 1/2 of your normal grooming fee will be charged for any appointments cancelled the day before your appointment.
If you cancel on the day of the appointment or miss your scheduled appointment, you'll be charged your full grooming fee.

Reminder calls are made at least a day before your appointment for your convenience only, but it's your responsibility to make sure that you can come for your scheduled day/time

We work hard to schedule your appointments at your convenience and reserve that time strictly for grooming your dog.  With notice we may be able to switch appointment times or give your spot to another dog, but without notice, that is time that we cannot fill.

Make Sure To Book Ahead of Time!
 During our busiest grooming seasons (June-Aug and winter holidays) we are often booking 3-4 weeks out and sometimes beyond. Please call in advance to book your appointment, or even better, make your next appointment when you're here! We appreciate your
patience during these busy times and your mindfulness in booking ahead of time. Rest assured that we do our very best to get your dogs in as soon as we possibly can!

As of June 1st 2024, we are no longer taking any new clients.
We hate to do it, but in the interest of being able to service everyone in a timely manner, we need to limit the number of clients that we serve. If you are a previously established client with a new dog, we'll be happy to help you! We'll post here should we start accepting new clients in the future, as well as on our Facebook page and on our voice mail.
